Cancellations are effective the day they are made. This means, if you cancel your membership you will be removed from the system and the group effective the date you cancel. Therefore, please make sure you cancel your membership before your next scheduled payment. Payments are taken on or about the same day every month.
No refunds will be provided after cancellations. No time extensions will be provided after cancellations. If you are going to cancel your membership, cancel it before your next payment is taken out. Thank you for understanding.
PROCEDURE FOR ACCOUNT CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
To make any changes to your account or membership, do the following:
- Attempt to do this yourself. Go into your Paypal account (or the account through which you paid) and turn off automatic payments. Please at least try to do this before proceeding to the next step, which is:
- Send an email to email@example.com with the subject line: CHANGES TO MY CIRCLE ACCOUNT. Let us know what you are trying to do (cancel account, change payment method, etc.). We will try to make the changes in the system manually.
